Hi Carlie, do you wear sunscreen daily? Do you have sunglasses or prescription tinted glasses that you wear daily?
If your description is correct, the yellowing of your skin is caused by unprotected sun exposure.
You can treat it with niacinamide. Products such as CeraVe Lotion PM and Olay Regenerist Regenerating Serum, Fragrance-Free works well. You apply every night all over your face or just the eye area.
To protect and prevent future damage, you have to wear sunscreen daily and wear sun glasses.
