This is a little disturbing?
Off and on during the day I suddenly feel as if I am on fire inside. Then it seems to spread to the outer me.I feel like I have been scalded. Hope this makes sense. This ordeal has me worried. I'm 64 years old and believe strongly I have already passed menopause. This has been going on for years. Thank you.

This is absolutely a reason to go see a doctor. Such discomfort should never be deemed "normal." For your sake, you have to see someone about this, even if you feel it could be nothing.
