Why does my legs turn really red, feel really hot, and itch when I walk/run?
This happens every time I walk long distances, or walk fast, and especially when I'm exercising, like running. I'm not sure what it is but it makes me feel uncomfortable and it's quite embarrassing.
It actually happens on my chest and stomach as well, just mostly on my thighs.

i have the some thing but it's because your working to hard it's good to work hard on your work out but don't go to hard because you'll have chest pain so work out a little hard but not to most
