What will happen if I stop consuming junk food? (details inside)?

I've been naturally skinny all my life (6 ft and about 145 lb). I don't eat extremely healthy (I wouldn't say I have an awful diet but I do get fast food about twice a week and drink a ton of soda) and rarely exercise. I've thought about cutting junk food and soda from my diet and was wondering what would happen. Would I get even skinnier than I am now? If I did this would it be easier to get ripped? I don't want huge muscles like a bodybuilder, but I do want the ones that I have to show through. I also want to get my pecs and abs more defined. Any advice on the matter is much appreciated.

You have a fast metabolism; do not worry urself when u get older you'd wish you were thin again! Howeverr you'll prolly look better heavier/better..it will come.

"You should eat breakfast" it WILL stretch ur stomach & makes hungry all day! That's how you can put weight on-- plus if pick up heavy things around the yard/house (bricks & things) then you'd get bigger that way too...
