How do you extract a zip file?

I have been sent an excel file but in a zip format.

How do i extract this so i can open in excel?

    Open The .zip file and Somewhere it will say 'Extract all' and click that and put it where you want.

    You can use winrar to unzip zip files (or to open compressed folder). 7zip or winzip are other softwares you can use for the same purpose but winrar is by far the best one. All these programs work in a very similar way: you just have to right click the file to zip or unzip any folders or files.

    If you don't want a trial version don't worry. The trial period of winrar never ends so you can use it for free with no limitations.

    With WINRAR you will be able to open all the type of compressed folder like file .zip, .rar, .7z, .7zip .iso, .tar, .jar etc... that's the main reason why I recommend it.

    1) you must have installed one of many zip programs and after that run unzip for all programs if you want

    2) For extract the excel file you have need to converter file, you must search to Ethernet and download this

    Download a winrar software and install it..

    After the installation is completed then right click on the file which you want to extract it.

    There you will see extract here option,click on it.

    Your required file will be extracted....

    Download and install Winrar 32 or 64 bit depending on your operating system.

    Have you ever tried WinRar? Simplest thing i exploit. Free as good. One thing although: after a whilst the software will ask you to pay, however you simply have to press cancel, and you are going to under no circumstances must buy it.
