How to keep in shape when sick?
I have an illness that often keeps me in bed or on the couch. My sickness is in my bladder so it's hard to do crunches or any exercise that focuses on my abdominal and pelvic area. I have gained about ten pounds since being diagnosed and I hate it. How do keep in shape and get my weight back down when it's difficult just getting out of bed most days?

Take a lot of multivitamins first.. you will probably get better without any exercise. Walking and yoga are perfect exercises.
