Looking to lose weight, always been over weight, need a workout routein and diet?

I am 17 years old, 270lbs (not muscle, fat) and a height of 6 foot 4 inches. I have been overweight my whole life, and I want to lose weight. I have a poor diet which I cannot change for the life of me. I have tried doing certain workouts and just never can keep motivated to keep doing it...

Any... advice on how to lose this weight?

I have been following "My fitness pal" to help me keep track of my calorie intake, and it says I should only have:

1,950 \ 268 \65 \73 \2,500 \39

Calories \Carbs \Fat \Protein \Sodium \Sugar

in order to loose 2 lbs per week.

I want to get thin, and maybe a little toned. But for years it has just been a dream...

I really want to change this, so any workout routines that I could easily do at home (I have some machines and no way to get to a gym. I have 10lbs dumbbell and a stair stepper) that would help me lose this weight and help me get thinner would really be appreciated. Easy to do at home workouts that just require around the house objects or things.

Also, a diet or somthing that can help me change over from my whole life being a "junkatarien" (just junk and completely crap food) to a healthier diet.

Please help and answer as soon as possible.

Thank you

Update:

Forgot to say that I also have multiple stretch marks on my stomach, sides, back, arms, and legs.

And that I am a man.

I lost 80 pounds in about half a year it was too fast honestly but I went from 5' 11'' 240 to 5'11'' 160 by eating a smaller breakfast like 2 eggs and salsa or something lower in fat eating two apples for lunch or through out the day and about 6 for dinner pretty much eating anything that was just low in fat and not in an over sized portion after a week or two I did not feel starved and almost forgot about the diet as it became my routine. I also completely cut soda and have not had any since december 2009.

As for exercises I started small like when my games were loading for online matches I would just do some push ups or sit ups not many maybe 30 of either then repeat when my next game would start. Eventually after I had lost about 40 pounds I started riding a bike places nearby just a few miles.

It has totally changed my life I am still working on the toning from losing so much weight but I for sure feel better about myself 3 years later weighing 164 and stable. I still worry about what I eat though because I do not want to put myself in that position again.

    Good luck.

don't eat bread. and if you do. only eat it 3 times a week.... also eat meat with little to no fat but eat more meat than bread.... try not to go out to eat at fast-food places... and drink lots of water and milk... take up a sport or exercise routine... stretch for 2 minutes and run for 40 minutes. then do 20 sit-ups and 20 push-ups. also take vitamin supplements.... stay way from pills and drinks that "make you thin"

you can try Sensa or Dr. drops but be careful. also ask your doctor if there is anything in them that wouldn't be good for you. all you could really do naturally would be work out 2 times a day. and eat healthier foods. eat smaller portions and don't snack. only drink sports drinks if you plan on working out for a long time. and stay away from monster, coffee, and rockstar, etc. i hope this helps some... ^.^ good luck :D

Try out 45 minutes of walking a day. Don't cut out junk food completely or you'll end up cheating. Download the Lose It! App it's simple and easy, the only down side is the only amount of pounds to lose a week is 2.
