How to write this sentence correctly?
At around (12:01am) Unit# 208 called the front desk complaining about Heat restaurant. Heat restaurant was air compressing the floor of the restaurant in the front of the historical building. I spoke to the manager regarding this situation he informed me that this is something he does every month so he can’t stop it because chemicals was already place on the floor to help remove the heavy dirt.

At approximately 12:01 am, the front desk received a complaint from Unit #208. Apparently, the Heat restaurant was using an air compressor and the noise was bothering the guest. I spoke to the manager about the problem and he informed me that he was in the middle of a monthly cleaning process and, because the chemicals were already on the floor, he could not stop until the job was finished.

The first two sentences are fine, but the rest of the of the paragraph should go like this. I spoke to the manager regarding this situation. He informed me that this is something he does every month; so he can't stop it because chemicals were already placed on the floor to help remove the heavy dirt.
