    It comes from with in. Your own free will. and if you Truly wanted to do something with all of your heart you will do it. You can practice discipline by making a promise to do something and keeping that promise. For example going to the gym everyday and doing it. Not using the phone, or making a promise to yourself to read everyday.. or to pass your classes. Discipline is based on ones ability to control ones actions.

    Will power is your own mental desire to do something and you do it no matter how difficult it is but you do it because your desire to do it is so strong and focused

    From being proud of yourself when you accomplish. The feeling is self perpetuating.

    In part, it comes from self-confidence...and a self-assertion workshop surely can help with this.

    God has created humankind and has given them all the necessary guidance in any field that you think.
