    what they are trying to say is the following....

    ¿y la quieres mucho?:c = Do You Like Her A Lot ?

    Clarines= Is Another Term for of Course...

    *This Term is used in mexico*

    De Aqui a la tiendita que esta por mi casa = From here to the store that is near mi house C;

    * They Are Refering to how much they like her....*

    So what they are saying is

    Do You like her a lot?

    Ofcourse, but from here to the store that is near my house
