Is runing with a jacket in the summer good?
Im 15 years old and i want to run with a jacket in the mornin in summer the reason why i want to run with a jacket because i will sweat more and i will loose weight faster also in my room while im cleaning my room i could be wearing a jacket and loose weight. Im fat im not over weight but im almost there. My jacket is heavy so your worm with that in winter. Is it healthy?

First of all, the weight that you lose from sweating is an illusory loss because it it just water, not fat. Further, you must replenish the water lost or you will dehydrate, which is unhealthy and can be dangerous.
The reason you sweat is to naturally cool the body because as sweat evaporates it takes heat away from the body.
If you run in summer with a heavy jacket, you may overheat, which is unhealthy and in extreme can be quite dangerous and even cause irreversible brain damage.
If you want to lose weight faster when running, carry light weights in your hands and swing your arms.
