Healthy snacks that can substitute junkfood and candy?
...and be somewhat satisfying?
I know, for instance, that when you crave chocolate you can eat almonds instead. Nevertheless it's missing that certain "something". I am generally eating plenty of fruits and vegetables (especially raspberries, apples, frozen peas and corn) but I'm looking for further stuff though.
I know it's very vague but do you have any suggestions?

Hummus and pita chips or veggies. You can try flavored hummus if the plain kind tastes too boring.
Peanut or almond butter with whole grain toast, apples, or celery
Cheese and apples
Popcorn, no butter. You can add parmesan cheese, black pepper, or some crumbled nori seaweed for flavor.
Whole grain toast with honey (or honey and peanut butter)
Banana and almonds
You can make your own trail mix and add bits of dark chocolate, this way when you want the chocolate you get the flavor while filling up on healthy foods.
Hope this helps.

Chocolate isn't inherently bad. In fact, raw cacao beans or raw cacao bean powder is a super food. This morning, for breakfast I had a smoothie with frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, two tablespoons of raw cacao powder, and one tbsp of agave syrup. It was quite satisfying, and nuked my PMS chocolate craving.
