Im looking for a manga that involves violence, sex, drugs, death, gore, suspense and a little ecchi?

At first i thought this would be an impossible thing to find so if you have no recommendations, I completely understand...but in the past, a friend recommended a manga called Gantz, and it includes all of these topics...my heart was pounding from begginning to now...still waiting on the next chapter...I have read a few others during my wait but i find myseld still wanting excitement...

Ive read Elfin lied, Another, Code Breaker(which is really good...and i am waiting), Yu yu hakusho, shaman king, deadman wonderland, trigun, inuyasha, deathnote, zombie loan, and a bunch of others...

Im looking for a newer one...that still has chapters coming out...as u see from my past story line doesnt matter i am pretty open to anything...but i would like all the genres in one manga like it was in GANTZ...which you all should read...amazing...no hentai i can deal with the occasional scene...gantz had its moments...but i dont want a school girl to enter a class room and her teacher takes off his pants...TO MUCH... I would like a romance...then maybe after waiting through all the flirting to get a kiss...I do like to laugh when they talk about girls boobs or seeing guys peek but get caught...i like perverted stuff dont get me wrong i just dont want sex to be the main topic... i would really like to get attched to the characters and involved in the story line...if you can help i would be completely grateful. thanks.
