Is it possible I'm damaging my hearing from earbuds?
I'm on my laptop at least a couple hours a ,days usually more, watching Youtube vides movies, etc. I always use a pair of Bose ear buds because my speakers suck. I try to keep them at a fairly low volume. Maybe equal to about 1/3 volume on an iPod. Could this be hurting my hearing any? I'm kind of worried.

Should be okay, but you are right to be concerned. Media players these days usually have a volume/noise limiter option precisely because of the potential for hearing damage caused by ear buds.
I recommend using a good quality pair of headphones if you can afford them (go for comfort not appearance!) because the noise is more diffused.

Unless you are experiencing any form of tinnitus or your ears hurt after listening to music for a long time, then it is unlikely that you will be damaging your hearing. Make sure to keep the volume as low as you can hear it comfortably. However, if it still seems fairly high you may wish to attend your GP to make sure.

since you are using them at such a low volume you should be fine.
go to a doctor if you're really that worried though.
