I've known this girl for a really long time, we went to school together and have been working summers together at an amusement park for a couple years. I really like her and she says that she really likes me. BUT SHE HAS HAD A BOYFRIEND FOR THE PAST 2 Years. She keeps saying that she is going to break up with him and that she wants to be with me, she also gets really jealous if i talk to other girls. I really like her, but I've been waiting long enough and i'm starting to get depressed. I honestly would love nothing more than to say "F you" and just get away from her, but I feel trapped because I work with her and I'm not to good at making friends, especially girl friends. I guess you would say i'm shy.... I have no Idea what to do. Somebody please help me.

I feel really silly writing this, but I guess somebody out there might be able to tell me something I haven't heard before or thought of.

I just got a manual Hyundai accent and I have a few questions. I'm able to get from point a to b, but I'm not sure exactly the correct way to do things.

1)when comming to a stop should you just put it into neutral and coast to a stop. I heard that doing that makes the car a little more difficult to control. But I also heard that downshifting was unnecessary too.

2) it seems like when I start from a stop i can't do a smooth take off. It is always jerky like it needs more gas, but when I try starting by giving more gas it burns off the tires. Is there a trick, or do I just need more practice?

3) in heavy traffic it seems like I slip the clutch alot because people aren't going fast enough, so I kind of let go half way. Does this cause alot of unnecessary wear?

Anything else you can say to help me out would be appreciated. I've only been driving it a couple days, so alot of my difficulties are due to my lack of experience, but I have lots of motorcycle experience(same concept), so I thought it would come a little easier to me.

I'm looking for something extremly reliable with low miles and great gas milage.

I've been looking at things like a focus, cobalt and stuff, but all of the economy cars like that get really bad reviews on the Internet. Any ideas? Also do you think a higher quality car with more miles would be better than a lower quality with lower miles. For example, would you choose a mazda 3 with 130k over a focus with 80k?

I have a budget of $6,000 (usd). And I'm looking at these two cars. I want something really reliable with good gas milage and 2004 or newer with less than 100,000 miles. (I know its a lot to ask for, but i have found quite a few In my price range) Anyone have experience with both? And which one would you recommend. I've heard some bad things about focus and really good things about the elantra. Any other cars to consider? I do have sort of a small budget, so things like civics are pretty much out of the question unless I get one with high miles.

I would describe myself as having a wimpy stomach. I get car sick easy, can't stand bad smells, etc. anyways, for the past year or so my stomach hurts really bad (just under my ribs) when I eat foods like cheesecake, ice cream, milk shakes etc. my spit gets really thick and I sort of throw up/ burp in my mouth to try to relive some of the tension on my stomach. I think it might be me just having a wimpy stomach, or maybe lactose in tolorance, but I don't have a lot of the symptoms like diarrhea. Any ideas or suggestions?

I ha my headphones on and couldn't hear her. She looked kind of mad.

I'm on my laptop at least a couple hours a ,days usually more, watching Youtube vides movies, etc. I always use a pair of Bose ear buds because my speakers suck. I try to keep them at a fairly low volume. Maybe equal to about 1/3 volume on an iPod. Could this be hurting my hearing any? I'm kind of worried.

Like if somebody was about to kill you and you had to kill them first. If you both had guns to each others head. Would you be able to love with yourslef?

Even on newer episodes of America's funniest home videos it seems like all of them were filmed on old camcorders in the 1990s. Why is this. It's almost like they won't take anything filmed with a digital camera.

I know tv use to be pretty much square. And then they went to wide screen, like a regular laptop screen shape. Now even laptop screenes have black bars and sometimes it seems like it is even wider screen than that. What is considered normal wide screen? Why are there some many different shapes? When will it stop?

Every once in a while, maybe 1/5 of the time, when i put my laptop in sleep mode it shuts off. what can I do to stop this? when I turn it back on it says it was unexpectedly shut down and shows that black screen. I have windows 7 and I know its not because it runs out of battery because it is plugged in.

I have a shortcut on my laptops desktop and want to delete it, but if I do it deletes the actual folder (my documents) how do I fix this? I feel stupid.

I worked a ride at a theme park.

I'm looking for my secondncar . I want something similar to the Mitsubishi eclipse, for around $3500 at most. I was wondering what other cars are similar to that. I don't really car about it being really fast. I just want something with decent gas mileage that handles good and looks sporty. I guess I'm just looking for a list of cars to look at 2000-2004.

My Toshiba laptop has times when it is extremely slow. At times, usually at start up, it becomes slow for about 5 minutes so that it is unusable, and the computer usage spikes to 100% then after a couple minutes it goes back to normal and is really fast again. I tried to fix this by installing cclean (I think that's what its called), I have defragmented, run scans and a bunch of different stuff. I just don't know what to do now. I also don't have a whole lot of stuff on my computer. Its only like 50% full.

Help please!

I have a toshiba satellite laptop with windows 7 and for the past few weeks it has been really slow when it first starts up. I went into msconfig and unchecked some things that didn't seem necessary at startup. But it is still slow for about ten minutes when it first is turned on. Like I click on Internet and it says not responding and won't open. Then I go to task manager and end the task. Then it is usually opens and is able to work good. Other than that though, my computer works pretty fast.

Does anyone have any ideas to fix this? I'm not super computer savey :/

I'm thinking about getting into mountain biking. I'm a bit hesitant to buy something online though, but it seems like it would be a good dea since it says it has shimano shifters and stuff,but i'm not familiar with the brand. also, it says they sell bikes that are cosmetically damaged from shipping.

I would like to do some moderate trail riding, and I do have some experience on an old walmart bike, my giant road bike, and dirt bikes.

do you think this would suit my needs?

I got a flat tire about a week ago (passanger front) and put the spare on. I got the tire fixed and then put it back on. But now my car goes way to the left when I'm driving. All the tires are balanced and the guy I bought the car from (about 6 months ago) said he had them all aligned so I don't know what the problem is.

I've Been friends with this girl pretty much my whole life and we tried dating a couple times, but it never really got serious (we just went on a couple dates)

Yesterday at work she said "I've had a crush on you since 8th grade and now i have a crappy boyfriend because you won't make a move"

were almost 19 now. Does that mean she would break up with him to be with me? And if she likes me this much why does she have a boyfriend and how does she expect me to "make a move"? I cant make a move in someone taken..This girl confuses me.
