why would you do if a male friend tells you a girl performed a sexal act on him when he was passed out drunk?

I've been in this situation before (twice), so I can give you my actual feelings:

My rxn then was horror and shock, since this is rape. Performing a sexual act w/o the consent of the other person is rape no matter if he was drunk or not.

I would suggest finding the person and pressing charges. If the situation were reversed (female rape) I would do the exact same thing. Rape is never something funny to be joked about, especially in today's climate, particularly after the Steubenville case in the US. To make a joke like that is not only insensitive and hurtful, it's immature and morally wrong with very far reaching consequences.

I can't tell you because I've never been in "the drunk situation". Only a few others and I told some people. One was like that's all a joke she's messing around, and the others whoa, she's way into you

ANYWAY! If he was a really close friend, and I know that he is really wasted and tells me something like that.. Well I'll just shrug off. Eh, I'm really tolerant with drunk friends and I just don't take those comments seriously and just laugh about it. I'll just assume that maybe he's joking around. Lol. But if it was just someone I know (not really close with), I'll probably slap him and curse him incessantly. Well, that's just me. Lol
