many sites online offer them like this one http://www.arbico-organics.com/product/nemattack-n... just google beneficial nematodes.i really dont know what ate your tomato roots,mole crickets are active from aug-nov.you can do a soapy water test to drive them out and make sure but really they like turf grass.there are many types of pests that eat the roots of veggies the key is to identify it one site http://www.ehow.com/info_8262386_insects-eat-plant... offers one option.if i were you i would take a sample to the local extension office and get free advice or a free soil sample
