is anyone else allergic to fluoride?
I am extremely allergic to fluoride and can not touch the water in my home because the city adds fluoride. I suffered for years with skin lesions, stomach troubles, blurred vision, achy joints, and thyroid problems. No doctor ever mentioned even thought about fluoride until I stopped using the water. I believe that their are other people out there that just don't realize that the water could be the problem.

I don't think I'm allergic to fluoride, but I do feel a lot better if I stay away from tap water. I've a portable water filter I use when I travel or eat out, and also make sure to add a couple lemon wedges to my water beverage to absorb & neutralize some chemicals in it.
I'm aware of how terrible fluoride is to our system:

I have a few allergies myself to certain chemicals, and I would be glad if I am also allergic to fluoride, like you are. What's bad is bad, and people who are sensitive to bad, toxic, carcinogenic stuff are warned faster than others of what's not supposed to be in our bodies. It's a blessing in disguise to be somewhat allergic to substances, in my opinion. We tend to avoid them more than the typical person who's confident in taking their health for granted by careless exposure to poisons.... like flouride >.<

My question is, can you be allergic to ingesting it, but not touching it?
We think the tap water is causing him to vomit [violently]. But we are not sure if that is the case.
We know he is allergic because he went to a dentist visit recently and the fluoride toothpaste they used caused swelling.
We think he is vomiting because of the fluoride in the tap water but he doesn t seem to have a reaction to the water if he touches it.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
