What is your experience of, if any, a genuine Déjà vu?
I can't stress the word 'genuine' enough. If in doubt, consult the following link and comment:

My last deja vu was ~ Major
and whereas prior to that one ?I had lots, I`ve not had on since then.
it was a typical deja vu - been here before, thet`s exactly how they looked,
exactly what was said ~ excepting that it was accompanied by the realization/ understanding of
time running ~ backwards ~ which begs more questions than I have the knowledge to answer.
It was totally unprecedented, unexpected ~ I`m sure ~God / my highrt self could/ will know.
I`d love to say it was poetic but ~ no, it wasn`t :)
Yet..the people involved fulfillrd my unexpected sense of something not ok/...but..erm....`later`!.
Thus, I read your poem and see ~ only just a glimpse ~ and only just a perhaps, Dinesh.:) (:

Excellent question and I don't mean to sound flip, but my answer is "constantly" experiencing Deja vu, though perhaps not on the same train of thought you are.
I post poetry, so many bits and pieces are taken from my history, my experiences through memory, and I relive them as enjoyable, and post many here. So in effect, when I can pull back those thoughts, I am there, once and again.
