I am 21 and i got to a state university. I live in my parents home. You're good :)

Some 18 year olds are seniors in high school, so it would make sense for them to live at home. Others are in college and come home on breaks, or live at home if they commute. I would say most people still live at home then, you need to save up a little before you move out.

No especially in this economy.
I'm 19 and still living at home.. it's hard to save up with a waitress job and going to community college..

Nooope. I moved out when I was 18 but that's just because my parents drove me crazy. I had to live with them all of last year while I looked for a house and I'm 28. :)

No, most people are still living at home when they turn 18, because they often haven't yet finished school.

Nope but you should start looking at apartments and houses when your 19 and try do moveout before 21
