Why does my browser on my computer do this?
When I click on my browser button all that opens is a little window at the bottom of the page. It is my browser page but it is very small. Or if I try to open it, it will fly off the right hand side of the page.
It's gone crazy. Can anyone please help me?
All browsers do it. I ran my anti virus on it and got the Google browser to come up then I closed it and tried to open it again and it disappeared again.

Is it only the one browser or do other browsers behave the same? Do other programs work ok?
First thing to do is run your antivirus checker and see if that fixes it.
