why do Aussie employers unlikely to employ other none white Australians?

All white countries preach the same crap and yet when it comes to companies and the people who have to hire you they rather choose their own white people. It is the same in the Netherlands.

The only ones who are promoting multiculturalism are the governments, not the people and the companies. The governments that help finance war in the middle east, africa, asia, etc. and then let all these people come in as refugees or from former colonies or poor countries so they can have a so called better life. Which for the most part means being discriminated against because you are just another non white immigrant. You have to be attractive and highly intelligent with an extroverted personality to even get a job and that is if there are no other whites that has the same things and same resume. You can find a job easy if it's a job whites don't want cause they think it's dirty and underpaid.

That's what I like about the chinese, when they open up a shop, restaurant, etc. they help their own to get a job when they come to the west.

Probably because Kiwi's have a good work record, education, and ethics, so when they go over to Australia, Aussies employ them, otherwise they just come back to NZ.
