Do you have any strange sleeping habits?
I am fairly normal but I do need at least a sheet over me, even in the summer except for maybe the hottest days. Share your habits with the group. Do you need noise or light or quiet or music or tv or anything else?

Even in the summer time I sleep with a comforter over me. I open my window because its soothing. My backyard is a pond. All night during the summer I hear frogs & other critters, it sounds like one of those "Sounds of Nature" CD's. Lol. Then I put my fan on so I don't overheat. During other seasons I have to have a t.v. as background noise on to fall asleep sometimes & I can fall asleep whether there's light on or not. I wake up at 3:33 specifically a LOT and it creeps me out. I toss & turn, sleep on my belly with my leg up, and I text my boyfriend & don't even remember in the morning sometimes. Things like "I love you <3" & "I can't wait to see you today!" & Its like when'd I send that? O.o Lol, its weird.

Well my boyfriend and I sleep with 2 sheets, a velvet blanket, and 2 comforters.....I'm fine with just a sheet and a blanket, but he MUST sleep with 5. He was using 8 or 9 but I got him to cut some of the blankets out.
I used to use a fan, regardless of how cold it was because of the noise, but I stopped doing that when I moved in with my boyfriend.

Got to have the fan going though not blowing on me so I guess it's just for the noise (hum). Has to be dark though I do like a night light to see my way to the bathroom. My glasses have to be in the same spot every night or I won't be able to find them in the morning. The water bottle has to be in front of my clock so the numbers don't glow in my eyes. My water bottle is really cool, it has a nozzle that only lets water out when it is sucked>>> which means I can get a drink while laying down and it won't drown me.

No. I just need everything to be quiet. I can't sleep even with the slightest noise like a clock ticking. And I hate light, everything has to be really dark.

I need light to sleep or I may have nightmares. It began when I moved into my new house. Also I occassionally wake up at 3 AM for no apparent reason.

I think I know what you mean, I feel I need the weight of the blanket on my body to be comfortable.
