How do I make my nails stronger?
I've recently stopped biting my nails and I'm doing really well. But I want my nails to be really strong. I used to soak them in olive oil and that worked well but i just forget to do it so I need a different method to make my nails harder. I don't want any nail polishes so don't suggest that.
Thanks in advance:)

Rubbing garlic on your nails will strengthen them.
Using lemon juice afterwards will make them shiny and help get rid of the strong smell of garlic.
Avoid using nail polishes and moisturize your hands regularly.

The basis of hair and nail structure depends on "silica", a lack of which makes hair weak and dull, and nails brittle and thin. Recommend you go to a pharmacist or health food outlet, seek out silica supllement or speak with a staff member re the product.
Poor diet leads to vitamin deficiency, including a lack of "silica", so make sure you eat plenty of greens.
