How can I get a passport without parental permission?

Since you are a minor, you would most likely need your parents to do it for you. It is also much easier this way, I think, because they are probably citizens and have passports so it is just like adding you. Its like the government already trusts them and therefore they can trust you, under them; that's what I think.

The government is getting smarter and stricter, which means they do not give out this kind of stuff (citizenship, passports, etc.) easily.

Sorry to say, but you probably cannot get one with your parents or family.

Why do you need one anyway? I understand if you just want to have one but if its for school, a summer trip or something like that, try explaining it to your parents and see how that goes.

Why do you need a passport, at 15 you can't travel anywhere by yourself, and cannot stay in any accommodation without a responsibe adult. So there's no point in even getting a passport yet.

And, to answer your question, no you cannot apply for a passport. Because of your age your parents need to apply on your behalf.

nope u cant...they need yer parents signatures and all those stuff... maybe dont keep it secret just tell yer parents to get u yer passport...its not something that parents will object to
