Tell Me Again, Dems and Centrists: Why Do You Want Amnesty for Illegals?

But, the GOP has obstructed enforcement of the law for decades. Why? Because their big contributors in construction, agriculture and meat packing want cheap labor. When TX tried to pass an E-Verify law THE GOP obstructed and got the bill defeated.

So, you need to address your Q to the right wing, not centrists.

They are just doing what they are told! Big business wants cheap labor and big business owns the US government!

Of course Americans commit crimes so if we import more criminals there will be no murders, no prostitution, no sexual assaults, no rapes, and no beatings.

Does that make sense? We know these people are criminals because in order to become an illegal alien you have to violate a federal criminal statute! So why do some people believe that rewarding criminals is a good thing?

Also over 90% of illegal aliens have committed multiple felonies! They can not legally hold a job so felony after felony gets them the money they need!

It amazes me that some people find it hard to believe that criminals actually commit crimes!

I want amnesty because i believe in North America.

North America is powerful and contributes to the world.

North America has the most powerful Latin country and the most powerful country in the world in general, it would be wise to ease tensions between Latin America and USA.

I want amnesty because there are 11 million illegals in this country that the government can't keep track off.

I want amnesty because the US economy is suffering with too many illegals.

To give conservatives a better chance at elections when conservative immigrants become citizens. Many immigrants are conservative by cultural and religious reasons. They are a natural for conservatives to use for political reasons. This is why the Republicans are waking up to the fact that their former scapegoats are in reality their salvation to survival. I`m sure many conservatives will celebrate when all this comes to reward them for including them in their agendas.

You make a very powerful argument for not providing amnesty, because, as we all know, not one of those kinds of crimes has ever been committed by a US citizen, either natural-born or naturalized. Seriously, if you want to make this kind of argument, you need to compare crime RATES among various groups. A few news items doesn't make the argument at all because any one of us could just as easily go online and find examples of the same crimes being committed by US citizens.

you could "think of" something you desire yet that would not make it genuine. i will think of I even have fluffy pink fur and wings, yet as quickly as I step out of the third floor window and attempt to fly, i will discover out i can not in a 2d. God owes us no longer something. He has given us each thing we've and are: life, a physique, a planet to stay to tell the story...and, btw, the opportunity of understanding Him in my opinion by using Jesus Christ.
