When can I reclass in Army Reserve?
I am almost a year out of IET and drilling with my unit. I am E-3 with secret clearance and qualified in my current MOS 37F. I am wondering how long I have to be into my 6 years contract until I can reclass (specifically to 35P)? Thank you.

maybe never
it is entirely up your your reserve unit commander, if and when you can reclass
if your reserve unit has a shortage of 35p's and to many 37F's
then they may approve the reclass
but they are not gonna approve it, just because you want too

You can move to a unit that does not have your MOS. This means that when you are deployed, the MOS will not count because it is not AIT training it will be a reserve school.
