How much weight could I lose in seven months?

So I am fifteen. Let's say I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I ate healthy and only ate junk food, eh.. Like maybe once a week (If anything a small bowl of chips.), or eating out at a restaurant only twice to once a month.

I'm seriously just curious, I would like to lose weight but I was wondering how much ANYBODY can lose in seven months time.

BQ?: How much weight could you lose in a year if you followed the same rules that apply to seven months.

It doesn't matter if it's unhealthy, I'm just curious. It doesn't mean I would lose that much weight, I'll be doing this and would like to know.

    if you tried and put work into it and stayed comitted and eat healthy and change your portions you could lose more than 50 pounds i lost 50 pounds in about 5 months thats like 10 pounds a month i ran everyday i started the cave man diet so its possible

    My friend is 14 and she has been on a diet plan for four weeks and has lost 10 pounds already. In seven months you could lose alot of weight like 30 pounds possibly more! She is following the same plan that you explained also :) best wishes!
