Is there a website for honest ISP consumer reviews?

It is pretty obvious that the ISP market is what is known as an Oligopoly. Similar to the oil companies. They all get into a room together and decide what they are going to charge. It doesn't matter whether it's reasonable, because their existence is decreed by the US government and we have no choice if we want high speed internet. We bounce around from At&t, to Comcrap, to cablevision, to time warner, etc.. All of these major internet companies hold exclusive rights to select areas. The smaller companies simply cannot compete. My hope is that eventually Americans can take the power back and stop this type of corruption by giving our money to legitimate companies thereby creating competition. (I hope Google Fiber goes nationwide)

Currently, I'm being throttled. I have a 200gb plan here in Georgia with At&t bellsouth. I'm promised up to 10mbps, but I only get 5mbps usually using their equipment and hooked up "professionally" ';p by them. I am currently down to .25 mbps ...... really? I haven't used 10gb this month out of my 200gb plan and I'm getting throttled?

That said, I'm looking for a website that promotes this type of discussion. A site that values truth and does not filter user comments. A site that allows USERS to rate these ISP's and give comments or recommendations. Does such a site exist? If it doesn't exist, someone should make one. Thanks

Its you that does all that writing! I wondered who had all that point spare Does it pay well? You might make your own internet site, along with your stories, generate revenue from advertising (special through the object you are reviewing - see google promoting)
