is this offer real or fake ?

I completed a survey which asked some questions about how many Qns i Watch on Youtube a week, how do i feel about the advertisements and things like that... after that survey, it asked me to choose one of three products..

1) Galaxy note(out of stock)

2) iPhone 5 (4 )

3) Samsung S3 (2)

I chose S3 and then it took me another website : http://www.100bestbuy.com/product/contest/lucky-dr...

I Need to know if this is real or fake... ASAP.. coz if i have really won i need to pay before 10 hrs...

    This is definitely fake!

    It is a scam that is likely going to give your computer a virus, if it hasn't already, or a scam for someone to get your details and steal thousands off you.

    It is a scam. Simply learn by way of the email and it would not make any sense. Why would an insurance manufacturer need persons to seek advice from on-line stores and assess prices and stock stages for merchandise? What does this ought to do with insurance?
