Do Hospitals make you wear Diapers/Nappies after knee and/or back surgery?

Wanting to prepare just in case I have to have surgery, And look for other options if that's what they expect from patients. Also are there alternatives and if so what are they?

Diapers are for people that are incontinent. If that's not an issue you struggle with before surgery, it's not an issue you'll struggle with after surgery. No worries.

    You'd probably have a catheter.
