Every girl has them and the assumption is they are small glands or hair follicles. I would not be concerned about them at all.

Since you shaved, they are just your natural hair follicles.
When you shave you can get ingrowing hairs which can cause small spots and pustules. Hairy areas also produce 'sebum', a natural oil / emollient produced by the body.
You shouldn't mess with or squeeze this area, as you might cause infections. Don't shave with a razor. If you have to shave, use a trimmer.
Signs to be worried about are: itching, pain, weeping sores, crusty sores, red swollen skin, bad unusual smell. If you have any of these, get a test from a Doctor. It might be embarrassing, but a simple course of antibiotics could stop serious infections that could make you infertile or clear up a sexually transmitted disease.
I think you have just taken a photo of your pubic hair follicles. It's good to know what's 'normal' for you. Then if anything ever changes, you'll know you need to see a Doctor.

Don't apologize, just STOP POSTING PHOTOS THAT ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.
You are clearly an exhibitionist, if you "just really want an answer", you would go see a doctor and not post photos of your jailbait vagina online.
REPORTED.

You probably picked up herpes virus from having sex or it's that you have yeast infection. Whether its herpes virus or yeast infection, a 15-25 day water fast may cure you completely.
