Are you worried about the threat of nuclear war with Korea?
Is this another Bay of Pigs or just a wee threat from a wee despot = I would welcome your opinion because some people are worried

Not so much--I seriously question the basic competence of NK's long-range rocketry, really.
What worries me is that China already has troops massed at their border with North Korea. Meaning, whatever happens, China's ready to invade the thing, annex the whole peninsula and call it "China".
And they would too, just because THEIR propoganda demands it.
It's looking a bit like an Asian version of the World War I dynamic--a tiny dictator gets himself in way over his head, dies, nobody remembers him, but every BIG power in the region then uses that as an excuse to fight.
This is a problem because China and the USA aren't the only nuclear powers in the region: India has missiles that can hit Beijing. In general India and Pakistan haven't quite gotten it yet, the whole Mutually Assured Destruction/Detente Memo.
It's an issue. It only takes as few as FIVE nuclear bombs going off at _ground level_ to fling enough soot and debris vapor up into the stratosphere to give us ALL ten years of nuclear winter, worldwide. Meaning worldwide famine, toxic rain, toxic snow, and little sunlight.
That's the kind of excuse Wall Street and Big Banks would LOVE to have in terms of making the United States a dictatorship. Well, an open and flagrant one anyway--it's bad enough that they pull the strings on everything anyway. (*shrugs*)

I suppose we will learn more about this young despot. Right now he represents all irresponsible youth, the guys who get kicked out of school or put in jail. Rebels without a cause. They might not like him (as who would?) but he is like them, except he has got the rocket launcher and more.
And so he has carved out a role for himelf in world politics. Except it is not a role for good--it depends instead on the legitmacy of being opposed to American domination. And so he is not a man of action but an actor.
I would say it is defintely possible to deliver a nuclear bomb to the U.S. Stuff from the disaster in Japan floated here. Or he could simply have access to shipping channels which would escape detection. There must be weak spots even in the best defense.
But I suppose the U.S has it pretty well under observation. I wouldn't worry. I would wait for further developments.

North Korean missiles cannot reach the unites states. There missile are all defective and some are obsolete. Is this North Korean nutjob going to start a war,its possible he might try and take back South Korea. But the only ones that have to worry are the South Koreans

No. There've always been threats
The islamic terrorists of the noughties and late nineties, the Ruskies (that's not an insult, Ruski is actually Russian for ..... Russian (I speak a bit) in the eighties, seventies, sixties etc.
The Irish in the seventies and eighties. The Germans in the thirties and forties .............
......................... The Norwegians a thousand years ago, the Italians two thousand years ago.
WE could be the 'threat' in the future, who knows?

yes i am worried. i'm worried because N Korea's ruler (sorry forgot his name) has something to prove to the rest of the world. i'm also worried for our servicemen and women and for their safety. and for special forces units who you know will be there. so yes i am worried. i do think he's compensating for something little though.
