How to get over audition anxiety and how to control nerves?
Guys...I need help!
The 27th of April I have the X Factor audition. It's my first audition.
I'm a musician and I did lots of concerts, but I never sang alone in front of an audience, and I'm really scared.
How can I control my nerves? I don't want them to get the best of me...
Please don't be rude, thanks.
If you don't like the X Factor don't leave mean comments, just focus on my question. Thanks.

just think of the outcome if your nerves dont get the better of you, if your really good then think to yourself "wow i could win this show and become famous" and "im not letting these silly nerves get in the way of my life ambition" ! You'll be fine, goodluck:))

I've always wondered about people in the X-Factor and if it's really staged or not haha. And well you gotta learn to get used to it, obviously you're first time it's gonna be scary but at the same time it's going to be amazing. Everyone in the crowd is silent to hear you sing, so just try and overcome it! If you've done concerts before there's nothing to worry about. There's no real difference because more people are there. There just people. You'll be fine!

They are only cut out dummies that I have to bring alive and make my fans. Yes you can choose to be afraid or you can be prepared, confident in your ability and material Knowing if at first you do not make it there is next year and you will have lots more experience behind you. How many Record companies said No to the Beatles. They stayed in there and their talent got them there. That is the way to do it. Knocks only hurt if they are from people who really do know the business. Good people give real advise and will never try to give you a reason for being nervous.
