That Delta Faucet stem assy should I use?
I have several delta lavatory faucets in the bathrooms, the kind with separate handles for hot and cold water. When I turn on one faucet, water leaks from under the other handle. I think I need new stem assembly in the leaky one. What’s the difference between Delta faucet stem assemblies RP24096, RP25513 and RP1740 They look very similar but are too expensive to take a chance on. Can you help?

yes, they are expensive......however, you might want to buy a kit.....w/the "O" rings & heat temp bushing, they are sold at your nearest plumbing supply, to get the cartriage out is not that hard, make sure you have a "puller", that is actually screwed into the said cartriage, and also spray some WD-40, to loosen it up, you have to pull and try to rotate the cartriage at the same time, back & forth, about a 1/4 inch, it might not be easy, so, just take your time, turn your water off 1st & formost to sink your working on..........., when you put it back, be sure to coat some vasaline on the cartriage and the heat temp busing, its very inportant also to take a picture of the cartiage w/ur cell phone, because the "O" rings and bushing might fall out, the bushing must be place back correctly.
