Well what are your interests? eg if you like music, start going to gigs to find other people that like music. Sports? Go to your local sports grounds and watch games. Books? Go to libraries. JUoin a club.
Dont make it obvious you're there to get a bf, make it look like your enjoying yourself and if you start talking to a guy, thats a bonus!!
And I am gonna say dont worry bout trying to get a bf, just have a good time. Boys will see you as a fun outgoing chick instead of a needy possessive one.
Oh and my first bf was at 18. 10 years on and im still with him.

see if and of your friends' boyfriends has a single friend (who is a nice guy).
