Can Blood under the skin on your hands be harmful to you?

Let me fiil you in on my reason behind this question.

Im in my late senior citzen age and the skin on my hands is very wrinkly and very frail.

When I bump into something I can see blood spots less than a 1/4 inch in width these blood spots stays in same spot doesnt move.

Should I be

concern on this or can it get worse because of weak skin?

My major concern is can it or these blood spots cause

an infection to set in or maybe get into blood?

If any one has knowledge thats being in question please give input .

Thank You.

It is all related to your age and these spots are bruises when you're younger. Now it takes longer before the fade away but you shouldn't be concerned about it, my grandma had the same and she died not due to these bruises, she had an stroke when she were 77, but that is long time ago..
