Science( from Latin scientia, meaning "knowledge") is a systematic enterprise that builds and organizes knowledge in the form of testable explanations and predictions about the universe.

God by far. Cause it takes more faith to believe science than it does God. God you Just have to believe his word. Science you have to believe nothing made all of this stuff? That make no sense at all. Cause you have to have something to make anything with. In the begin was the word and all thing were make by the word. Book of John 1; 1

Religion, at its heart, is nothing but a set of priorities about what goals you believe are worth pursuing, a set of priorities about what kind of world is most worth living in. It is a dream for the future and a meaning for today.

Science, on the other hand, is nothing but a set of rules by which we draw conclusions about the world that exists today, and by which we can understand the process of shaping the world for tomorrow.

Science is about process and industry; it can explain in a hundred ways the working of the human hand that plays the piano; but it cannot tell us what music is best suited to the moment at hand. It cannot set for us the aesthetic prioritized questions on which wise men consult religion.

When atheists speak against religion, is he or she really saying that we should have no goals, no dreams, no ideas about how we ought to try to make the world? No. That would be foolhardy in the extreme, would be counterproductive to all progress, all goodness.

No, when an atheist speaks against religion, it is because they seek to dissociate dreams from rite and ritual, from myth and narrative. They see no meaning in the ramblings of old ancients.

But why should this be so? Is it really the rite and ritual which causes a man to rape a woman? Is it really the myth and narrative, or is it a fixation on these things which causes evil? Is it not the deeper twist of priorities which leads us to sin in the first place?

Too many of the faithless and the faithful alike fixate on rite and ritual, as if it were these things that made a man or woman unclean before the eyes of God. It is not in the taking of bread and wine, of the body and blood of something larger than ourselves, that corruption starts to set into the heart of a man. It is not the rite that taints, but the religion; the inner religion of sin, which ought to be replaced by the true religion of light and peace and love.

Science, in fact, is an integral part of this Way set out by God. By continually expanding the horizon of possibility, it pushes humankind to notice new corruptions, new sins, to be purged and rectified. Sins like racism and homophobia; sins like any lack of care for others.

Science, you see, by providing knowledge of the processes of the world provides us with the power we need to reveal the true religion of our souls. It gives to the Atheist in China the power to cleanse the world of Falun Gong, just as it gives to the Christian in America the power to drop the mighty atom bomb. It is only when we see this power for what it is; neither good, nor bad, but simply a revealing of priorities, that we can truly reorient ourselves back to the true path, the true Way to peace within this world.

The world is a combination of two things; processes and priorities. The processes are the natural ways in which one thing relates to another, and it is in this context that science makes sense. And the priorities are the spiritual goals to which we hope to make this world progress. Without a destination, what sense is there in keeping a swift vehicle? And without the means of traveling efficiently, what good is a high and worthy goal?

    So...

Science or God: what makes more sense?

Both together, acting as the unity they are.

God. God is Science per se.

  • LEGITIMATE science, meaning science that follows its own rules and the scientific method, has never contradicted the Bible once. In fact, it has confirmed much of the Bible.

Now that is not to say that it has completely proved the Bible, it has not. There are parts of the Bible that remain unconfirmed, but none of it has been disproven by legitimate science.

Therefore, the answer to your question is that your question is phrased improperly. It is not an either/or situation. They both make sense, and both support each other.

God is all that there is and science is just one of the ways that God expresses himself as in another form of revelation. Amen.

God upholds the universe providing the uniformity of nature which makes science possible. Remove God and you remove the basis for the uniformity of nature and the universality of logic and thus you will destroy the foundations of science.
