Hypothetically would this really count as incest?

In a Hypothetical sense if a nephew were to fornicate with his aunt would this really be classed as an incestral act?

Please no insults or obnoxious comments they're not wanted here.

    If she is his blood aunt, then yes, it would be incest. If she was his aunt through a stepparent or by marriage, it might be legally considered incest depending on the jurisdiction.

    However, if you are both consenting adults, I don't think it should be illegal. Laws against that, where they still exist, should be repealed.

    If there is no cheating involved, it isn't wrong.

    I'd consider sex with any closer than cousin incest. Why would this NOT count?

    if they have the same blood in their veins , yes it is an incest.

    i think, technically only if they are blood related. if the aunt is married into the family, then i would think not
