I am cuting out bread, noodles, and rice, potato can u help with a side for dinner it just for one week?

    You are obviously cutting out starches so the person who suggested other grains isn't helping....

    Tips

    flavor your veggies with the meat juice so they won't need butter/marg.

    Mix some items to make it more flavorful

    Add craisins and nuts to something like green beans, broccoli or brussel sprouts.

    Add onions and red peppers to add flavor

    pineapple as a side with a dinner meal... surprisingly good

    Roasted carrots, with pearl onions, and green beans or Brussels sprouts.

    A salad with lots of different veggies.
