how to add weight around my hips. (i'm a guy)?
I'm skinny and my hips are pure bone and when they get touched they are very sensitive and it hurts. Is there any exercises i can to to add muscle to the hip/hip area?.

lunges
leg presses
do those using weights preferably
at. least 3 times a week
