Each acetyl group goes in to the TCA as acetyl CoA. Each Acetyl CoA produces 2 CO2, 3 NADH, 1 FADH2, and 1 ATP (by substrate level phosphorylation). Each NADH produces 3 ATP by chemiosmosis, and each FADH2 produces 2 ATP.
