im gunna buy some stuff for my parents birthday and i dont want them to find out what its is by looking at the bill

Depends on your purchase, some items are listed for what they are, but in most cases the only things listed are the Seller's info (i.e. Amazon Marketplace) and the cost of the product.

Well every time I see the bill it says amazon purchase never the specific item. May be different for others

No; what shows up is WHERE something was purchased from and how much money was spent on that purchase..as well as the date the purchase was made.
