How do I quit smoking, cold turkey?

It's only been a day but I want to quit so much.

    You don't smoke...that's pretty much it.

    You have to find what helps for you. I quit using an e-cig and would recommend this method to everyone who listened. Some did it through cold turkey but this method requires a lot of will power.

    Occupying yourself with other tasks helps

    Chew gum when a craving hits

    Stress balls

    Exercise

    Don't worry if you fail this time, you haven't lost anything. Just keep trying and always remember that you will succeed, good luck

    Just gradually smoke less and less per day, let's say if you smoke pack a day, first day smoke 18 fags, second day 16 and so on, it should be really effective.

    Or you could just stop completly instantly, it may be uncomfortable for a moment, but that is only temporary.

    Smoking is just a bad habbit. Try chewing gum and try to stay away from people that smoke. Temptation is always a breaking point when attempting to quit a bad habbit.

    There's no secret, you just don't smoke anymore. If nicotine products help, like patches or gum, use them. I used the gum, and quit smoking after 20+ years of doing it.
