Does bio oil help on self harm scars?
I stopped cutting but i have scars thier not really deep but thier pink and sorta lifted. I got bio oil. How long will it take and how well will it work…its on my arms if that makes a difforance

I always land myself in the hospital after my dare devil moments so i have my fare share of scars and i normally use Mederma scar cream and that's helped lower the appearance of my scars radically :)

If they aren't that deep it should help but it will take a couple of months, I use coco butter on mine and that helped abit but mine are very deep, so with yours being only light that will probably help. Good luck.
