    My personal experience suggests that Cialis does help to alleviate symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate. In any case, it's worth a try.

    No. Cialis and Viagra help to get and keep an erection to have sexual intercourse. For an enlarged prostate your father should see a Urologist.
