How come 1 tablespoon honey has far higher amount of calorie than same amount of sugar :/?
Isn't sugar supposed to be the pure source of calorie rather than a natural product like honey?

You're using calories per unit volume for your comparison when you should be using calories per unit weight. If you compare by weight you're find that all carbohydrates have a caloric value of 4 calories per gram.
