If you are blind and read braile, how do you know that there is a brail sign posted on a wall?

whether it be for a staircase, elevator, emergency exit, room number etc etc etc, how do you know to put your hand on the wall to feel the brail?

    I guess they get used to feeling around. Good question.

    Usually assistance is required so that they can find the braille.
