teens, what do you do when you cannot get your way and whining isn't working.?
When No means NO and there isn't an alternative. Can be at home, school, with friends, or whatever.
Do you pitch fits, swear, throw things, or what?

I actually just let it go after that... Whining is just being annoying, and it only shows that someone is being completely spoiled, so I don't do that. After my mother says "no," to me, I just say "OK," and let it go.

If its something I really want, I'm just like "lol whatever you're a loser" and then my mom gets pissed so we fight again and then I reason why I want the thing and then I get it. But that's only for things I truly want, like new sneakers that aren't ripped up for volleyball and a new phone because my old one wasnt functioning. Other than that, I just kind of move on.

First of all, whining gets you nowhere and demonstrates you're not mature enough to deserve getting your way.
Other than that, if it's about something I want, I save up my money and buy it myself because usually "No" means "I don't have money" for me.
If it's over something else I might get upset, but I keep it to myself.

Um no. Its called being mature and just dealing with it. I have not had a temper tantrum since I was about 2. You dont get everything you want in life and you need to accept that.
