Good way to ask her out?
Ok so there's a woman I want to ask out on a date but I haven't asked many women out so is this a good way to ask her:
"So this might be a bit up front but I see you all the time, and every time I see you there's something about you, so I was just wondering if you would like to go on a date with me sometime?"
She works behind the bar at a pub I go to but I don't talk to her very much unless I'm getting drinks lol so is this a good way to ask? Any tips would be appreciated..

I'd prefer..."I see you all the time and I would like to get to know you better, would you like to go out for lunch sometime?" To me, that's just more friendly and non-creepy.

Take out the "So this might be a little upfront but" part. Everything else sounds good :)
